We can never get enough of vintage basketball jersey scripts, and we know Pepperdine fans love them, too. The men’s and women’s basketball teams both wore this specific script throughout the 1970s and 1980s. In 2012, the men’s team wore the script as part of a throwback uniform honoring Pepperdine’s 75th anniversary, and the team’s student section, the Riptide, received replica jerseys as a specialty giveaway.
